How do I cancel an order?

Customers may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Once goods are received by the buyer they have a seven day ‘cooling-off’ period. They may return the goods for a full refund including delivery within this time. If they wish to cancel the order once received, they must take reasonable care of the product while in their possession. No restocking nor administrative fee will be charged either if cancelled within seven days.
