My card has been declined, what do I do?

Sometimes at checkout you may find your card is declined.  The two main reasons for this are: 
1) Incorrect billing address
During the checkout process we asked for the billing address.  This will be the address the statement is sent to or your account is registered to.  You don't need to have your order shipped to it, as we'll ask for the shipping address too. 
2) Temporary block on your card by your card issuer.
You can correct the billing address and try again or telephone your card issuer to remove the block.
